First, only a tiny fraction of such events are ever widely publicized. It's a miracle that reporters were able to get access to these videos. And the vast majority of such offenses aren't even videotaped.

Second, it's almost always the case that nothing is ever done. For example, consider the massive corruption in Chicago. What happened to most of the officer?
