Mine does. He also will unfortunately sometimes buy TP. Only he buys the cheap single ply accidentally-poke-your-finger-through-and-touch-your-own-poop type paper. So I try to keep a good supply of triple ply in stock so he seldom has that responsibility.

Or at least I was, when I lived somewhere that had a TP roll holder. For some reason my landlord never installed one here. So our TP sits on the back of the toilet.

Also, re: men changing the TP. I guess because in the bathroom he uses most I'm kind enough to leave the toilet seat up, we end up both changing the TP about equally as often.
