She's obviously not a hot lipstick lesbian and thus her class action suit would have no merit.

A service dominated by asocial 15 year old boys and their histrionic parents.
And people are surprised?

I refuse to believe this happened until I see half naked chicks dancing around drunk touching each other.

Gaping-hemorrhoids-within-one's-very-own-rectum was too long to type out.
But yes, intoxicated college girls caressing each other.
Microsoft has a history of ignoring insensitivy in the live gaming community so I understand why people have a problem with the flat out ban of an account or denial of a gamertag because it contains a term that is considered "sexual innuendo" or containing sexual content. I also understand the desire for a wholesome family orientated experience and the warped attempt to be PC because they want to extend it beyond just a hardcore gamers paradise, but really it looks to me like political correctness gone horribly wrong. This kind of policy affects the community as a whole, not just gay or lesbian players and this is sort of the crux of the argument. For example, "theGAYERgamer" was banned because of the word gay in his gamertag even though his real name is Richard Gaywood (parents should be banned instead). But I wonder if his name was "theSTRAIGHTERgamer" would this garner the same attention.
The policy is as follows:
Create a Gamertag , avatar or use text in other profile fields that may offend other members. This includes comments that look, sound like, stand for, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate or relate to any of the following: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities;Extremely open-ended and most certainily open to interpretation based on the nature of the name/complaint.
Besides, looking up a profile is avoidable, a gamertag isn't. TOS needs a once-over with regard to that at least.

If you sift through the comments, other people mention tags that got slapped down, like one for having pimp as part of it. You have that mentioned in tv show names, in regular conversation, and so forth, but that got smacked down, too. Another mentions that you can't mention the Bible either, so it kind of goes in every direction as far as the offense goes.
It isn't that Microsoft hates gays, or lesbians, or pimps or whatever. They just have to deal with a constant parade of easily offended whiny little bitches, and have taken the path of least resistance for trying to shut them up.
That said, you probably can expect one or more class action lawsuits from certain subsections of folks who will gladly become whiny little bitches themselves, if it means they can cash out at Microsoft's expense.

My personal belief is that its a company owned site and they should be able to deny service to anyone they want for any reason. If it was govt owned or supported that would be different. Anything that is privately owned whether personally or even publicly traded has the right to restrict access to there store/site/property/services etc.

Sexual orientation shouldn't be a factor when playing X-box. Gay or straight, don't mention it and you will be fine. It isn't a hookup line, it is a medium for online gaming.
