Wait! Now that they have this new justice system.. does that mean that if you don't complete work in an hour or pay your fine your stuff doesn't get actioned off anymore?

Because that's not fair, I lost 60m worth of stuff since I was arrested one day (unaware that i had a warrent out) while i was afk.

okay.. so it gets auctioned, but not as quickly as it did in the old system. How unfair. this sucks.

I don't know why people say 'auctioned'. It's not auctioned, it's deleted from the game after what can be sold to the pawnshop is.

I ain't gonna crab about folks being AFK in public, but if you spend more than an hour AFK, you can't complain as to what happens when you're gone.

Being very well aware of how awful that was for you how can you be unhappy that it won't happen to others, or rather that it won't happen as easily? Wishing misfortune off on others 'because it happened to me so it should happen to others' is just wrong.

If you know you're wanted (and it's easy to know when you did something wrong because people scream all around you), and you go AFK where the constable can find you, you sort of made the wrong choice.
