I don't know if you're going to get any takers at 15 million, tbh.

At 4k/point, your prolly base offer would be 22 mil.
At 5k/point, which is more what people will ask, it'd be 27.5 million.

But if you get them to sell it at 15 million, you would be awesome. Good luck!

Not so sure on that, I got 6100 for 20mil. So like he said, the market varies greatly.
