Moist Happenings

Just don't have enough items regularly circulating through my inventory to need a shop right now. Paid 2 mil for it a couple months ago, furnished it for a few hundred thousand.
It's in Atlas room 9800, playershops room 15. It's the only "shop" in the room so going into it nobody has to worry about figuring out which shop it is. That always bugged me walking into a room that has 1 emporium, 1 store, and 5 shops or something.
Anyway, here's the specifics:
[Jespin's Outfitting]
Painted white plaster walls rise from a varnished dark oak floor. Just above a well-armed stocky warrior statue hangs a curl-edged vellum wall map, and a swirl-painted white stucco ceiling completes the picture. A set of carved felwood shelves stands in the middle of the room. You also see an oak-framed parchment sign.
Obvious exits: out
[Solhaven, Spiral Passageway]
A wooden double door, the kind generally found in stables, has been painted a dark forest green and set with shiny brass fittings. Propped open, the busy sounds of mercantiling come from within, ranging from the shouting out of orders to stock being moved around noisily. You also see a crude white marble trading post, a sprawling maple-shingled gallery, a plain grey stone building with a low-hanging rich oak roof, an onyx-flecked grey marble salon and a dark red brickworked shop.
Obvious paths: south
Minimum bid is 2.2 mil
Edit:
Warehouse is right here so I figured I'd break down the cost of the furnishings for anyone interested.
9. a dark red brickworked shop 50000 silvers
13. a set of carved felwood shelves (holds 25 on top) 35000 silvers
5. a swirl-painted white stucco ceiling 25000 silvers
6. a curl-edged vellum wall map 20000 silvers
14. a well-armed stocky warrior statue 25000 silvers
2. an oak-framed parchment sign 6000 silvers
4. a varnished dark oak floor 25000 silvers
3. a painted white plaster wall 20000 silvers
Total: 206000
