Should we ask about not letting 717 fucking run our treasure off.
I don't use 720 for the same reason.

I've been in a hunting area before when someone announced they lost their shield and 2 of my kill on contact spells are out of the question.

I think we're the masters of losing treasure.
Remember when 705 lost everything?
Yeah anyway, I don't use our main hunting spell ever. Probably cos we'd Pwn

With an endroll of 175-198 that will happen. However in Nelemar all normal creature weapons and armor crumble.

Anything dropped by a fear and run leaves only weapons.
What are you going to search?

If player shields are disappearing because of 717 use I would say that is a serious bug. From the log Zhelas provided it is clear shields are supposed to be dropped as well.

Please note I prefer spell 711.

However

I did play around with 717 in Nelemar

717 can stun Radicals and Combatants with the right end roll. These two creatures can be totally dismembered by 708 and that will not stun them. Combatants I know are immune to 706.

Some creatures like Defenders are uneffected by the spell since it is undead. This is why i prefer spells like 711.

Yeah, but anything that is normally unstunnable, like Ithzir Janissaries immediately shake stuns on their next movement opportunity. Again, if Evil Eye Had a Nightmare effect at the thresholds BEFORE its no loot killing endrolls it would be a fanstastic disabler because it can be cast in mass form.

I am sure too that in warcamps the Grimswarm would shake off the stuns as well. Nothing seems to phase them except death.

The Nightmare effect would make it worth while to use especially in swarms.

One of the improvements I have been requesting is the ability to have nightmare in mass form. By itself it isn't worth casting. Creatures can still effectively attack and cast spells while under its effects. Yet it is enough of an inconvenience that if I was being attacked by a room full of creatures at once, I would definitely think about casting it.

I think either a lore based improvement added to 707 to cast through the eye, 713 for a remote form, or best of all a demon type that enables the spell to be mass cast through either the eye or by some other means is best. Barring that, I would like to see that feature added onto 717.

Though speaking of Grimswarm Camps. I could get a good laugh if my Mass Evil Eye got the right end roll sending all Grimswarm fleeing never to be heard from again. I would be sad though of the zero loot factor and no keys.

I doubt it. You also have to be wary of traps. Originally 717 didn't work in Grimswarm camps. That was a bug. A few of us bitched until they finally fixed it.

Jesus christ you have the easiest dumbfuck profession to level with. Considering the lack of attention some classes have recieved it is absolutely absurd to even begin to complain about piddly shit like "wah wah Evil Eye doesn't drop my quest loot". DON'T FUCKING USE IT THEN.

I mean fuck, I wish I had the ability to be able to kill anything while not even being in the room. BUT HOLY SHIT! The sorcerer community wants it to be even better...

Do you idiots need some kind of manual for this game? Seriously? Do you want it to be EVEN EASIER? Or is it just some super killer-everything-in-one-hit-for-no-mana spell that you want again (that no one else gets)?
