Including ANY gear thats available currently in GS within reason (noone reactivating long dead accounts) WHO is the most powerful character in GS? And why?

I would actually split up the categories more. In terms of wealth, PK ability, PvE Ability, and Reputation (good or bad)

10x mastefully crit padded full plate
- Less than 2 lbs
- 0 spell hindrance
- 0 maneuver hindrance
- Grants knowledge of every spell ever, even non-sphere spells and old spells that have been nerfed or replaced
- Heals you for 99% of damage taken
- Can teleport you to any person/room with no cooldown
- Has a weightless coin pocket with no limit
- Has a weightless loot pocket with no limit
- Shoots lasers from your eyes when you STARE at something while wearing
- Shoots flames from your ass when you fart
- RUB for FIXSKILLS
- TAP for FIXSTAT
- TURN to instantly absorb all exp in your bucket
- JUMP will cause you to fly
- PUSH will transform you into Raptor Jesus, tripling all stats and skills, but drains 1 silver from your coin pocket
- POKE causes Emeradan and Andraste to be fired
- SING rickrolls everyone logged into the game, and everyone who is not logged in will be rickrolled on their next login
- Immune to nerfs
