So, my dad just got a five billion inch TV screen that shoots lasers at your retinas, so he took the living room TV, which is only a 32" laser shooter retina annihilator and put it in his room.

I then put my 27" TV in the guest room and I inherited a new 27" TV screen, which I'm imagining is better, because it's newer and has more sockets in the back that have different colors like Fruity Pebbles breakfast cereal.

Alright.

So, here is the TV that's in the guest room that I've always been gaming it up on. It's 9 years old and a Magnavox:

This is the ass of the newer 4-year-old TV with more connecty-type holes:

So, in summation, what is the best cable I can use to connect my Xbox 360 to the back of my newer old TV. I know it has an S-Vid socket and more shiny round input holes. I want to make the graphics look as l33t as possible using the slight improvement that God has bestowed upon me.

Thank you, and praise Jesus.

HDMI > S-video > Component cables

I believe it.

What kind of 360-to-TV cable is the best for whatever kind of crap that is that I posted in the last two ginormous JPEGs?

s-video would probably be the way to go, considering I can't see if you have any component cables on the back there... at least... I think one color is missing anyway... picture's a little blurry so its hard for me to tell you exactly what everything does.
In general, video qualty goes like this:
HDMI
Component (red/green/blue cable ends)
S-video
RCA
coax

For s-video you will need to make sure you have a red/white(Or was it yellow? one of those two) for sound, as s-video is video only, and will not provide you sound.

That blue plug could belong to a component cable set, you need red, blue, and green. Is this an HD TV, does it say anywhere? If you can plug component in, do that, you can get up to 1080i which is HD.

If not use S-video.

HDMI > S-video > Component cables

Nope, HDMI (single rectangular plug) > Component (red, blue, green cables) > S-video (circular cable with 6 pins) > Composite/RCA (yellow cable, with red and white for sound) > Coaxial (circular cable with single plug, what you get cable TV with)

It's upstairs you should stop on by and teach me the ways of making women say "yes."

Above the blue cable (no green :() it says "color stream input". If I knew what that meant, I'd have all the ladies.

In higher-def. Because I am lonely and do not know what a television is.

All I know is that I was looking at S-video 360 cables, sober as a priest on Sunday, and one guy is like:

xbox360terrorist911: 1 star -- This infidel piece of crap is why Bin Laden blew up your house.

And then the other guy is like:

SVideoPatriot10304: 6 stars -- This is the best because General Patton used it to defeat the French.

So I am confused as shit about what cable to buy, from what company. Life is too complicated.

Goodbye forever.

You are totally over thinking this for a 27" standard def TV. Just use the cables that you already have. Maybe switch from composite to svideo if you already have both cables, but otherwise I wouldn't bother getting any new cables. I very much doubt you would notice any significant difference with 'better' cables.
