How do you do piercing? Do you just need a needle, the jewelry and some bourbon?

Acantha leaf tea is better than whiskey. Just pierce it, whiskey it, then let it get infected and acantha leaf tea it. Costs 10 mana, but kills the infection.

You can also cast 1101 at the earring/stud/spike if youre an empath and it does the same thing as the acantha juice. I just found that out the other night.

I think you get a message Cai, something like you notice the piercing has healed completely. Course I got that message THEN got an infection. So don't listen to me.

yeah, sharpen the needle til you get a message that sharpening it isn't doing any good. You look at it and it's some gleaming razor message.
