thats a high MB for something thats in ranks not bonus

While I do agree that the MB is rather high, it is not crumbly, and for those that have very few ranks in pick and disarm, ranks are better than bonuses. If you don't have any ranks in either skill, wearing the torc will give you a bonus of +20 in each skill. If you are very well skilled, the bonus will be the same as the ranks..+4 each. And ranks usually cost more to recharge. Just FYI.

Found the book and whaddya know he's right....right there on page 1 in bold print "Start min bids at 1 coin".

That was my fault. I'm retarded and forgot my item wasn't originally a torc, it was an aventail, and I altered it into a torc. Yay.
