Anyone see Google's new "This site may harm your computer" shit they're putting up? I'm getting this tag on virtually every hit that it brings up. It's obvious that whatever poor server they loaded the info page on it is getting b0rked since everyone searching is wondering why Google is blocking them from doing what they normally would allow them to do.
Even shit like Ebay, Amazon, Wikipedia and Government websites are flagged.

I read on another message board that it seems like Google was hacked.

I was wondering the same thing, so I searched for Google. Google is now blocked by Google as being dangerous.

And it's fixed now.

If that was the case, that "this site might be hax" thing is probably a built in safety feature that Google has. Just guessing.
I was wondering what was going on with Google this morning.

This feature has existed for a long time, someone at Google just fucked up majorly and flipped a switch so every site was marked as bad.

how interesting that would have been though, if someone finally managed to hit their security...my guess is a hole for such a situation to happen again would be an algorithm based script flagging every site *shrugs* but the question would be is to how to actually breech the security to insert said lines of script

Pretty sure you get the error when downloading (e.g.) DVD Decrypter from an official-type site.
