This is effective for casting the spell via "cast", "incant", wands or scrolls. Obviously, only limbs are considered; an AIM setting of "abdomen" has no effect when casting this spell.
You may still specify a body part when casting, e.g. "cast troll left leg". This will override any AIM setting.
If you do not specify a body part, the system will examine your AIM setting. If your AIM is not set to a valid limb, then the system will choose a random limb.
Be aware that using AIM to disrupt a limb that is already severed (or doesn't exist) will only waste your mana!
