Buying a new laptop

So I need to buy a new laptop for my daughter to use. Mainly she'll be going to kid sites (disney-type stuff), play some pc games, music and normal kid stuff. Not looking to spend more than 300-350-ish. Newegg doesn't have anything and tigerdirect has a wide selection, but honestly, I don't know what's worth the money.

Anyone bored enough to suggest something?

Any particular reason for that one? Or just the combo of price vs. actual worth?
