I agree as a MB it's a bit high, but if the MB was 1 coin, and he had two ambushing rogues that used shields in a bidding war, I could see it going for 500k+... The crumbly part hurts it, and ranks make it more to recharge, but it's pin worn, and not ugly... maybe he's just skipping all the BS bids and hoping someone really wants it.
