Browsed through Zuie's singing thread and I am just curious if anyone else here is recording anything musical.

Just to start things off, I made a myspace page for a bunch of recordings I made years and years ago. They are utterly terrible and great, and you should see the stuff I am too shy to post. Most notably the black metal song about my first gemstone character.

Yeah, that one was a real gem. If I remember correctly, it was my freshman year of college, just got back from some shitty party and wanted to piss off the neighbors. Plug in the guitar, hooked up the mic, and recorded the first shit to come to my mind.

Why I was thinking about trolls fighting dragons and orcs will always be a mystery.

Edit: Also the Guardia Castle Theme from Chrono Trigger, Shadow's theme from FF6, and my black metal anthem to my first Gemstone character to title is on there. Recorded back in the day when I thought black metal was just gasping a shriek.

I used to make music, too; electro-industrial/EBM music. I was never very good at it, but I too had a MySpace music page, and even had some (read: very few) real, live fans. That was like four years ago, at least.

I too uset to make music and did some backing vocals for some local bands and my ex boyfriend's projects. He and some of his friends had this group called Grim Principle (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=8254407). I was 15 at the time, they asked me to do some minor backing vocals for "Her Name is Crystal". I personally hate it, but they liked it so meh.
