Here's some ideas I've come up with. They aren't really fleshed out because I haven't the time.

Engage

Description: The warrior focuses all concentration toward a single opponent with peerless determination taking advantage of any and all opportunities. Inherent Warrior only skill.

Usage: ENGAGE <target>. Requires 0 RT but not usable in RT.

Effect:

The warrior gains AS/DS/TD against the <target> equal to 1 * Seed 1 Warrior Level.
The effects of FoF by other creature combatants are increased by 25%.
Engaged targets are subject to a Riposte strike if they leave the room as the Warrior.
While Engaged, creature casters preparing a spell are subject to a Riposte strike.
Riposte does not work against characters.

Riposte

Description: The Warrior punishes the attacker after a successful block or parry.

Usage: Automatically trigger when blocked/parried.

Effect:

A Crit striking a random location is generated using the crit type(s) of the weapon (i.e., Maul = Crush, Greatsword = Crush/Slash) held in the right hand.
The crit type of the flare is subject to the frequency the weapon generates said crit type(s) during normal AS/DS attacks (e.g., Greatsword = 50% Slash and 50% Crush, Spear = 80% Puncture and 20% Slash).
The Crit Type is affected by CMan Precision accordingly.
The severity of the Crit takes into account the stance of the Warrior (the more defensive, the less severe the crit so as to prevent abuse), level difference between Warrior and target, and CMan Ranks compared to the Target.
A Warrior facing a like level square oriented creature will generate a crit rank spread of 1 - 4.
The crit rank spread is increased when utilizing specific weapons (+1 to min and max crit rank spread for using a weapon requiring two hands or +1 to min crit rank spread when weilding two weapons).
Only 1 Riposte strike will occur despite MStrikes by creatures (Double Pounds from Soul Golems for example count as 1 strike); for each parried or blocked blow in a single Mstrike, the Warrior increases the min and max crit spread by 1.
If a single strike is successful against the Warrior duing the MStrike, the Warrior may not Riposte.
A Riposte trigged by a fleeing creature or creature prepping a spell increases the min and max Crit Rank spread by 1.
Riposte imposes no RT on the warrior, can be used in RT, but cannot be used if unable to make a normal AS attack with the execption of RT.
This ability also extends to blocks and parries triggered by the Warrior GUARDing or PROTECTing another Character.
Crit Weighting does not affect the Crit Rank.
Damage Weighting does not affect the Damage.
Flares my not trigger.

CMan: Death Stroke

Description: The Warrior has masterful accuracy when attacking.

PreReq: Rank 1+ Mighty Blow or Truehand

Usage: When using CMan Mighty Blow or Truehand.

Effect:

Each rank increases the chance the warrior will outright kill the target when using the appropriate CMan (if not Evaded/Blocked/Parried) by 1% per rank.
A Warrior may not have more ranks in Death Stroke than the highest rank of MBlow or Truehand.
May apply to Undead if the weapon used is blessed.
This may not be used against Characters.

Cost:

Rank 1 = 2
Rank 2 = 4
Rank 3 = 6
Rank 4 = 8
Rank 5 = 10

CMan: Storm of Steel

Description: With a mighty flurry, you unleash wave after wave of strikes.

Usage: CMan Storm <target>

Effect:

A normal CML roll occurs and if successful causes 4 Crits to the target.
Crit type(s) are determined as Riposte Strike.
The warrior may increase the number of crits by training in Multi-Opponent Combat. The percent chance to add an additional crit via MoC is (1 per MoC rank / Warrior level) such that a level 100 warrior with 60 Ranks of MoC will add an additional strike 60% of the time but a level 30 warrior with 60 ranks of MoC will add 2 additional strikes 100% of the time; the additional strikes garnered by MoC training caps at 2.
Using a weapon requiring two hands increases the Crit Rank of each Crit but reduces the number of Crits by 1.
Wielding two weapons increases the number of Crits by 1.
Each Crit Rank is determined by the CML outcome and a small degree of chance.
Each rank of CMan Precision increases the chance to strike the location you have designated via the AIM verb by 25%.
Crit Weighting does not affect the Crit Rank.
Damage Weighted Weapons do not affect the total damage.
Flares may not trigger.

I like em on a cursory read. I'm gonna look over the particulars more later and make more constructive comments.

Riposte is certainly something that should be in the game now that EBP exists.

I have nothing constructive to add but I just have to say the idea of people talking about CMAN STORM (TARGET) at Simucon or any GS gathering is hilarious.
