a jagged vultite kris embedded with a shard of blistered black bone (4x, +3 AGI, +3 DEX for a fully trained two-weapon fighter).

You're correct. Doesn't necessarily mean that his doesn't have a little extra. (Though I would probably have it checked)

That actually sold out of my shop last week. I had that blade made on the Wavedancer years back. Some merchant had a list and slabs of metal...he would make an item for you from whatever metal was available. Since I didn't have a razern weapon and the metal was rather new, I had that made.

Never bothered to get it assessed. Should be lightly weighted. Should also just be 2X, but I never used it really so not positive.
