So I am having a lazy hungover sunday and sitting around watching TV. Over the course of the day, I saw some ads with some funny things in them. If you see them, you will get why I was amused.
First:
An ad for saving the polar bears because they are going to become extinct within the next 100 years. If you sign up to donate X amount of dollars they will send you a thank you, AND A PICTURE OF A POLAR BEAR!
I am not sure what would make someone be so moved by the fact that they are including a picture of a random polar bear. Just makes me think of a ripoff of those companies that show you pictures of the starving child you are helping, but this time you just get a generic picture of a polar bear that you may or may not be helping
Second:
An ad for a protector to put under your door to keep out drafts. It talks about convienence and easy to install yada yada yada. BUT it goes to a voice over "forget those bulky products you are used to" while showing an older woman pick up a normal draft protector and then dropping it while acting like she threw out her back.
First the normal protectors weigh like 2 pounds, and it is just sooo funny that this was included in the ad. Weight should not be a selling point for this product.
Third:
An ad for Snuggies which is just funny all together. It just looks like a cult thing. And I would never wear this to a soccer game.
Just kept me amused
