Well this is weird

I have a premium account and before going to work I went to log one of my characters to check something and the character was simply gone from the account. I tried the website and SGE but she was not there at all. I emailed Simu then had to leave immediately for work. I just got home and the character is back without any explanation from Simu. This is, of course, a good thing however, is this a regular occurence? Has it happened to anyone else because I find it disturbing.

It worked in that I got the character back but without an explanation I am left baffled

And it can't be blamed on late payment or anything like that since I have the bill automatically deducted each month from my credit card. And it was just one character kidnapped. I just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience.

I never have. Maybe it was just a glitch, I don't know.
