Where in the wizards guild or elsewhere in Icemule are the workshops for enchanting? Is there a way to sense or something to find them?

In the wizard's guild, something like go gate, go footbridge, go door, west, northwest should put you in the workshop.

Usually it will be titled as a workshop in the room description, and you can confirm with the SENSE verb.
