I'm thinking of transferring over there because Eredar blows and my guild does little other than stand around Dalaran linking epics in guild chat, and don't wanna bother dealing with angst filled teens and/or Tamral type elitists in search of a guild that's worth a shit. Talked to PB and Sean some and it sounds pretty good so far.

I'm usually around after 9pm CST and up until whenever, and am looking to do the standard stuff....heroics, 10/25 mans, pvp, but with people that aren't total retards like in most pugs.

How many of you play nights most of the time? I just wanna make sure people will actually be around to pwn with before I (probably) transfer.

Also, who plays who on Dunemaul?

And more imporantly, who plays naked?

Acutally you can switch to dunemaul. There is no requirements at all. You can switch from RP to PvP or PvE to PvP or PvP to RP. You can do whatever you want now.

I do both. I did almost no PvE during Burning Crusade, but I've been doing more PvE this time around. Just heroics so far until I can find a raid schedule I can fit. I plan to do a lot of PvP too though.

That wasn't the issue.. a tank can instantly take the aggro off you with a simple taunt.

The biggest issue was not establishing the proper distance between you and the MC target. Put him at 20 yards from where you are so that it gives the tank enough time to get his taunt off as well as giving you an opportunity to re-MC him.

Dragonblight has long queues now, too. Highest I've seen is ~800. Really sucks, considering the server population is about 70% Alliance, 30% Horde. How about making them wait in the queue and not us? Pfft.

Queue times are the likely a compound problem of allowing free-for-all transfers (fucking retarded) and Christmas break/winter intersession.

The kid was grinding away in Nagrand a few days ago and couldn't do much of anything as 3 level 74 alliance were MCing mobs and holding them and tagging anything else around while a pair of lowbies finished quests on the same mobs.

My queue time was about 20 minutes, but these guys were obviously transfers. Face melting 5 alliance as 70 is pretty damned funny. Your kid informing you about your suckage is even funnier after you two shot her toon with MB and SWD.

I was entertained until they pussed out after the fifth round. Spade 5 - Alliance (and kid) 0.

And because Ikios and Alys are RL friends, who happen to be living together over Christmas break, I included Ikios in my calling out for when he was drunk, and bitched and moaned about someing outrolling him on a random roll, because he felt he was entitled to it, having been 80 since the Sunday after the xpac dropped. Maybe that was unfair (to call him out, not the roll), but it did lead to hilarious whispers between me, Ikios, and Alys, where Ikios said "I'll defend my friends to the death, especially my RL ones," or something similar. LOLerskates.

Talk about taking the game too seriously.

LOL, 4 srs. I haven't got a piece of 25 man loot yet, but I understand the nature of random rolls and lots of clothies. And I was sure as hell 80 before any of them, except Eranon and Ikios, because those two decided to not sleep til they leveled.

Having just reactivated, I had no idea who those people who left were, but it sounds like we were good to be rid of them. Hell, I don't know who most of the people are in the guild anyway, since it seems like everyone leveled alts for the XP.

So far I like the expansion pack but I am reminded daily how much I hate being on a PvP server. I like BGs but hate world PvP (unless it's something like battling over an instance entrance, which is like a BG anyway).

I got my hunter to 80 on Monday, so now I'm trying to figure out who to level next. I'm leaning towards either a DK or maybe my druid (at least he can stealth). I tried playing my shaman but I found enhancement to be boring; I'll try elemental but I imagine it has a lot of downtime in leveling greens.

DKs are way OP though. That ranged pull thing, multiple DoTs, and heavy melee make it tough to live through an encounter with them unless you have the ability to cleanse or heal. I usually just stand there and let them kill until they get bored. I have learned to look for the Mark of Blood debuff on my pet though.

You still use W and S to move forward and backward (or hold down both mouse buttons if you really want, which I do sometimes because for some reason if I hold W and Q or W and E, my keyboard for whatever reason can't handle all those keys being pushed at once so I end up just going forward instead of forward/left or forward/right....which if anyone has any idea wtf is wrong with my keyboard other than it being stupid, or how to fix it if it's even possible, TELL ME NOWWWWWWWWW!), and still use Q and E to strafe. All that's fine, just turning left and right with A and D isn't because it takes forever to turn.

Naxxramas 10-man is the new Karazhan. It's the same as the level 60 one, just scaled up for level 80. All raids now have a 10-man and 25-man (heroic) version, and are on separate lockout timers.

Anyone on Dunemaul have high leatherworking? I am looking to get some of the armor enhancements with no level restrictions.

IE I saw a lvl 14 guy running around with some grey pants that had +30 Stamina, and +10 agility. Someone told me it was a leatherworking armor kit.

And whether anyone can do it or not(hopefully someone can), does anyone know the name of it? Or a reasonable price I am looking at for the service/mats.

The armor kits are available on the auction house.. just search for "Leg Armor" I think and they will all come up. I have no idea why anyone would put one on a grey pair of pants.. that's just stupid.

It's not stupid. You put them on a pair of white pants and you now have a leveling set good til 60. You won't find anything lvl 1-60 with better stats than a leg patch.

Anyone on Dunemaul have high leatherworking? I am looking to get some of the armor enhancements with no level restrictions.

IE I saw a lvl 14 guy running around with some grey pants that had +30 Stamina, and +10 agility. Someone told me it was a leatherworking armor kit.

And whether anyone can do it or not(hopefully someone can), does anyone know the name of it? Or a reasonable price I am looking at for the service/mats.

Basically lookin to waste a lot of gold making 1-2 newbie gear sets that will last me to 20-40.

I can make all of the leatherworking stuff, just send an ingame message to Anticor. For a caster set you need a tailor, I might have a pair of pants with a spell thread in my bank already I'll check.

You can't use any of the Nothrend recipe leg patches as they soulbind items, the best you can do is the Outland ones, for melee you want the cobrahide Leg Armor

Confirmed... although "SOME" people who claimed they were coming haven't come over yet.. and "SOME" people haven't been on yet to move over.

Deny. They are a PvE raiding guild... but they seem to have fun while getting shit done. It's nice to raid and not wipe on really easy shit because people are actually paying attention.
