Hahaha! Now what?

Also, is there any way to change the way I move, so that I can continuously press forward and just use the mouse to point which way I go?

Yeah there is. Have not played in a while so I don't remember... Maybe something with the shift button?

If memory serves, I think just hitting the num lock key will cause your character to run/walk forward automatically and all you have to do is steer.

Oh ok. Thanks. I'm still afraid to get too deep into this.

As well you should be! ;)

Don't let any potential future employers know about this..

Auto-run

This allows you to continue running without holding a key or the mouse down. You can assign a key to auto-run by hitting escape, then selecting key bindings on the menu. Scroll down until you find "toggle auto run." The default key is Num Lock.

I have the second option bound to a mouse button, that much easier to deal with imo.

Good news is I'm self employed. Bad news is I work a lot. I have 4 days left on my trial and I doubt I'll buy it. The whole thing seems daunting, but I'm sure once I get the hang of it its a lot of fun. It has to be with 10m+ subscribers.

Jesus, can you imagine GSIV with that many people?

I just started playing a few months ago. It does seem daunting at first but like you said, you get the hang of it. I like it because whether I have all day to play or only 30 minutes or something, I can still get things accomplished.

.... or only 30 minutes or something, I can still get things accomplished. Unless you're on dunelawl and you're trying to find a healer for a fucking heroic instance....
