..and at work with management swarming all over the place so I can't surf like I want...can anyone tell me what series follows the Forgotten Realms Icewind Dale Trilogy?

Depends on the order of reading.

They where released as Icewind Dale, then Dark Elf, then Legacy, Starless Night, and Seige of Darkness (which now has a group name..but I can't remember)

but most people follow the reading order of Dark Elf, then Icewind Dale, then the others.

1. That has nothing to do with what she asked.
2. Idiots think Prey is a true story, which is funny.

If I remember correctly, the Icewind Dale trilogy consists of: The Crystal Shard, Streams of Silver and The Halfling's Gem. Hope that helps, hon.

Well Bob, people freaked when the movie Wargames came out too thinking some kid REALLY could blow up the world and stuff.

There simply alot of people who are not well informed on the current state of science and technology.

Instead of belittling them you could try enlightening them.

Damn i'm off topic again, sorry.

In a more on-topic post, i never read those books, what were they like?

Advised reading? What are the strong points?

I'm always looking for new authors and series.

Thanks guys...I am finishing up Halfling's Gem now...so I'm looking for the next set.

Adredrin, I've seen both orders listed as well over the internet, hence my confusion. I haven't read the Dark Elf trilogy yet...so I was thinking that'd be next..but I *HATE* prequils. I don't like "going back" ...is Dark Elf a prequil to Icewind Dale?

Oh, Skirm...It's great reading. It starts out slow but gets good a little more than halfway into the first book.

I just finished those also. Enjoyed them. I'm going to read the others even though, timeline wise, they are off. However, I want to know the full story.
