Herbie Hancock, Crusaders, Seatbelts, all kinds of Dixieland. If you're talking about the Kill Bill thing, :barf:. You can do (much) better.

Battle Without Honour or Humanity is Kill Bill, Surf Rider is by Dick Dale (I think it's Dick, if it's not, then I'll kill myself) and it's played when Vincent and Jules leave the coffee shop at the end.

Pipeline is just slightly better then SurfRider when it comes to Instrumental surf music :) and I should know, not only did I used to surf, I now teach sailing :)
Botch's cover of Ofortuna.
I guess it kind of has vocals, though. It's still an amazing, amazing song, if you have the speakers to handle it.

If you like t on a CD I hope you get a chance to see a live performance of Carmina Burana sometime...
some of my all time instrumental favorites:
Leo Kottke - Busted Bicycle, Guitar
Art Tatum - Tiger Rag, Piano
Jascha Heifetz - Paganini Caprices, Violin
C/Valth
Botch is a metal/hardcore band. Don't get me wrong, the original's good. They just covered it so well. It's amazing.

Ok, ok, ok, that surf thing is lame. Go get the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's cover of Still Haven't Found by U2. (Have I said this before?) Go get it, anyway. It's awesome.
Peam your new avatar looks like a mug shot

Nine Inch Nails
Album - And all that could have been (Halo 17)-(Still Disc)
Track 9 - "Leaving Hope"
Great mix of instruments that come in at different times.
(The mp3 is 4mb, I'll keep it up for a day or two. If you like it, I recommend getting the CD set. First disc is live music, second disc is more (partial) instrumental & more mellow)

Oh oh oh, there is this really awesome ALL song that is instrumental, but I can't think of the name. I'll probably wake up at 3am and remember it like the time I couldn't think of the name of the fifth fraggle (MOKEY!)
KIA.
