Real quick fellas, where can I get a steady supply of scrolls and/or magic items potions etc. with spells like 219,712 and 310? And how much will they cost?

Playershops.com allows you to search specific spells for scrolls, so I would definitely check there. Your next best bet would be the pawnshop, where you can catch scrolls some sell there with luck. Beyond that I would say watch both the Officials, and the PC's marketplace section where people sell batches of scrolls for auction.
712 cannot be placed within magical items, nor can 219. You CAN find them in the treasure system, so you want to keep an eye out for those selling treasure found trinkets. The same can be said of 310, however I BELIEVE this spell can be placed by clerics into gems via holy receptical. You may be able to make an arrangement to get a batch made so that you have it on hand.
Remember also that unlocked/infused scrolls will greatly increase the amount of charges of the spell available to you. Whenever possible look for scrolls that are unlocked/infused, or buy the scrolls fresh and have a talented sorcerer ply their trade. As for price, expect spells like 219/712 to go for 30-50k for fresh/infused scrolls on playershops, perhaps a bit more at auction on the boards. With 310, as I said, you may have some luck with a generous cleric.

I probably have a bunch of 219, 712 and 310 scrolls, but it'll be a few days before I can get to working on them

401, 406, 414, 430, 508, 913 all grant TD bonuses.

Indeed, which is pretty useless. It's interesting so few spells actually defend against spirit attacks and yet the sorcerer CS attacks seem to be the most powerful attack spells in the game.
Anyhow, how much sTD does small statues add?

If a spell raises your elemental TD, then it also raises your spirit TD by half of that total.

Nope. 1619 gives the wearer +50 sTD.... granted, it's only for 30 seconds, but that can be a big boost, if it's needed for a short amount of time.
On top of that, 1601 also gives +5 to sTD. It lasts for a flat 10 minutes if casted on you by another paladin. 1601 is much easier found on scrolls, compared to 1619.

Wait, really? I thought an elemental TD spell would provide half the bonus against sorcerer spells (since they are a mix) and no bonus against a pure spiritual spell.

Self control, which I am pretty sure is 613, is found on scrolls and is good for STD and DS. 1601 is extremely common and although it is only +5 STD/DS, every little bit helps.

Hum didn't know self control added so much TD. Is it common on scrolls or is it one of those once in a blue moon deals? And how much do they run on the open market?

Self Control has an increasing DS bonus based on ranger ranks, but the TD boost is 10. The TD boost is increased on a Seed 5 summation based on Blessings Lore, capping out at +10 at 95 ranks (for rangers). Since it's a Profession spell, a non ranger activating it would need 15 ranks of Blessings Lore to get even an extra +1 TD.

Yes they will fuck your life up. Seriously. Sentries can ward capped pures, so squares are just fucked.

God that sucks. In that case you should go for the fuck my TD, just don't let a spell get off on me.
Berserking should provide some defense against warding spells. Wonder if it does?

Just to nitpick
It is possible, however improbable, to put 219 into an item.
It is not possible to do so with 712 (or 913 for that matter).

Askip (wizard) survived open implosions when Omens was hunting the Maaghera Tower, but I do not play my squares often enough to compare.

Sentries had a 35% or so chance of pwning my rogue with 401, 406, 414, 430, 101, 107, and 120 up.

This is such a lie. I scripted the tower all the way through that level bracket. I never open imploded that area. It wasnt even in my script.
Alright, if it was not you then I apologize. I just had circumstantial evidence and should not have used your name. I have never disliked you, I believe we have even dragged each others corpse out of OTF.
