Didn't know enhancive weapons went for so much. So, I'm gonna see how much this may fetch.

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the steel claidhmore in your hand...

The claidhmore resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 10 to Strength.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 60imes.
It provides a bonus of 11 to Agility.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 55 times.
It provides a bonus of 5 to Stamina Recovery.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 40times.
The claidhmore looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

You sense that the steel claidhmore will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

Yeah AGI is higher yet requires a lower level to use than STR. Plus, the level requirements are a bit high for the stats.

Bad copy-paste. Missing letters where none should be missing. Bad spacing.

This looks photoshopped. I can tell from having seen quite a few shops in my day!
