I'll let it go for 35m, buy that helm for sale for 1m and you've got hcp 8x brig more or less. But with added flexibility. For instance, if you were a cleric/empath/etc you could wear the helm for when you need extra protection, but if you're just slumming or underhunting take it off for less hinderance. Try doing that with FGB.

The armor has permanent padding and temporary padding, which is why I said "more or less"

right, but mostly less, since the hcp on the armor (not the helm) is temporary. it's a fair clarification.
Personally, at the rate I get hit, if I were actively wearing the armor the padding would last for a couple years, and then drop down to just below heavy, which isn't a big deal. If we consider 7x hcp to be the "base" standard highend armor, then you get slightly less padding after a decent amount of time, but permanently more enchant. A tradeoff sure, but a fair one as well I think.
