I'm trying to find some of the heavily scripted handwraps, from I think the Wavedancer.

They were sold at this year's EG. You'll be looking for the following:

In the dirty rags you see a pair of dirty linen handwraps, a set of begrimed cloth handwraps, some discolored white cotton handwraps and some stained thin suede handwraps.

They can be unlocked if you find the right merchant.

Fecking hell, something else I missed out on at EG. I thought they were older WD items.

The handwraps have 3 tiers of scripting. Basic (off the shelf), first unlocking (intermediate) and second unlocking (tons of scripts).

What he forgot to mention is that he'll sell you his fully unlocked handwraps for eleventy billion silvers!
