So, tried to recharge my Heroism wand, and it went green on me. Is there any possible way of salvaging it or is it garbage now?

How many rubs on the orb did you get before it splatted?

Like 6 I think. Then it had some different messaging (which I SHOULD have stopped at that point, as it was like warning me) and I kept rubbing and it went green. Ah well that sucks.

Ugh. You can't really try to force a whole 40 charges back into those things. The difficulty seems to go up exponentially the more charges are already inside.

Recharge is worthless these days, don't even bother with it.

Yeah, heroism is a mighty tough spell to recharge being MjS and wizards are like, "Oh shiz!" But like Kitsun said, if you ever try to do it again, only put like 10-15 charges in those things, even that is pushing it.

That's a rough one to charge, because it's an opposite circle of elemental. Secondly, it's a high # level spell. Even with my mage at the training he is ( 92 ranks MjE, 63 ranks EMC ), I'm not sure I try that one.

I greened alot of rechargers to figure out where my Mage was at. A cheaper one to acquire and prolly a little easier would be Benediction ( 307 ) .. Dauntless ( 1609 ) is a good one, too. :)

It always exceeds the photobucket bandwidth every few weeks, so I have to reupload it.

Open invitation - I've got a post-cap mage with full training in all the relevant charging skills, if anyone wants to have something charged, I'd be willing to do it. I'm based out in Illistim though, so I'm not hauling my ass somewhere to charge stuff for you.

What are the relevant charging skills anyway? MjE ranks, EMC and MIU? And I guess harness power indirectly (i.e. more mana per rub = less rubs = less risk)?
