Anyone pick it up? I'm really let down that it is just a port from the PS version not too long ago with some extra content and some graphic enhancing. After FFIV, I'm not sure I can play any remakes unless they are on par with that... I mean, wtf, a port?

Anyways, if someone picks it up, let me know if it's worth my $30.

I bought the PS version and I didn't really get into it.

I think I still have my SNES and games somewhere though.

It's the PS version without load times, basically.

Also, you can fight the Time Devourer from Chrono Cross. Except in a timeline where it grew up into the Dream Devourer instead of being pwned by the Chrono Cross. It gets you a new ending.

And there's three new dungeons after you beat the game, which you have to clear before you can fight the Dream Devourer.

One of the best ever. I have it on my PC and I play through it every now and then. The PS version had the worse load times ever. Its really unplayable these days.

The coolest parts were when you fight Masa and Mune and also the fight with Magus the first time. Love that game.

oh hell yes. I played that game on my old SNES whenever I was taking study breaks while preparing for the NCLEX last January. Magus was one of my favorite fights; I always felt a little guilty winning that battle because he's probably my favorite character.
