https://www.play.net/images/transparent.gifhttps://www.play.net/images/transparent.gif (https://www.play.net/forums/post.asp?forum=102&category=12&topic=2&replyto=5000)Gidgiwit the mechanical genius will visit the town of Solhaven and fix items that are broken. This might be anything from a mirror that's been smashed to a quiver with a broken mechanism, or an item with a spring that's lost its bounce. Gidgiwit will not be recharging magical items. (NOTE: This is for items that are "broken" but are working as intended. Players may ASSIST about items that are actually buggy, have typos in their descriptions, or are coded incorrectly.)

I thought to post this as this is a fairly rare service. I don't personally own any of these items but I bet more than a few do.

Oh shit. I've had color changing boots that I've been wearing for the longest time that are busted.
...Except wait. When they are broken, they become jet black. When they work, they become a retarded color.
Hmm.

No, Portous has like 7 of the minor mechanical quivers. No one else really has them anymore.

He has been collecting them for this very purpose. Lets try to come up with a list of things that could be repaired.
Color changing boots
Major/Minor quivers?

My knitting needles which knit like everything, you have to use more than one skein..no matter if it's the same color everything becomes "multicolored" I've had to call and have GMs fix them a few times. Think they'll fix them again for me?

They pop out a bunch of premade arrows, though will eventually break.
Good one on the mech flares. Fuck, I can't think of anymore. I suck.

I think there were some sheaths from the Dhu Gilly that were hand-sold that would spring the item into your hand that could break. There's also some toy dragons that would take on a broken look if you dropped them(I think, it was some type of toy).

>look at dragon
The mechanical toy dragon appears is made of small metal plates, bits of glass which appear broken, and tiny gears which are missing teeth. A bent turnkey is set within its dented back.
I can finaly get it fixed? Woohoo!

The sheaths weren't hand-sold, and I've yet to have any of mine break. The toys you're correct on, though not just dragons. I'm pretty sure there were other forms, and for some reason a dog or puppy is sticking out in my mind.
