was busy getting my face pwned in in the temple. and being 87 trains i get feared a lot....however in the middle of getting my face pwned in by a defender I noticed this that i've never seen before...

am i really supposed to see this? because i thought this was supposed to be hidden....hell i thought fear was a yes or no basis period not a d100 roll ultimately... IE within 10 levels of undead creature? fine no fear....not within 10? fine fear...
