He can catch but I don't like him, I hope he wasn't licensed for the firearm and gets held over the coals for it.

Look at the quality of character present in the ranks recently. Especially basketball, I can't stand NBA anymore because of those wanna be thug titty babies.

Considering the fact that my Cowboys can't stop the pass for shit, I am very happy that this happened. And at this point in their season/schedule they need all the help they can get.
He was in a club, why would he need a gun in a club....

This will translate into insane overcompensation during gameplay.
That, or he accidentally self-inflicted a gunshot wound. And Big Blue should go back to their pussy red uniform at this shameful shit.... God, T.O. wouldn't do this.

It's a good thing for the NYG . Hixon is going to be a superstar, and we haven't really seen Manningham much yet. I like Plax as a player, but besides his fade routes and height, he's really a douche.
And I wouldn't really worry about the pass much if I was the Cowboy coaches and players. The run is how they've been winning the whole year.

Can't he cough up some dough for some guy to be his "gun bitch" and carry around his firearm? Why any of these athletes get caught with guns, drugs, or drunk driving is beyond me. It must be that "street" mentality.

Uh, he caught a game-winning TD in a Superbowl against the biggest of all douchebags, the Patriots.
All is forgiven.

Ahhhhh. Hearing that from someone from Boston makes me happy. I got jumped by three people while I lived there for wearing a Giants hat. The SB win healed my broken jaw.
Don't take the Green Line near Roxbury.

Hell, the green line barely goes near Roxbury. Now, I wouldn't take the orange line anywhere with a NYG hat on.
BTW, I grew up in Buffalo, so I've hated the Patriots since before they were good. Being a Buffalo Bills/Sabres fan in Boston though is bound to get me killed one day.

It goes down Huntington (Sp?). Then had to walk a mile or so to get to a liquor store that sold to minors. I went to Northeastern and that was the easiest place to get booze. Kids from Boston like to fight for no reason, and wearing a NY of any kind is a STUPID thing to do. My bad I guess.

Oh, well, the E line is inconsequential to us real people. I mean, come on.
I happen to hate the Yankees, so I don't get as much shit as I should for living in Fenway and not being enamored with the BoSox.

I hope they make an example out of him. Despite being an Eagles fan and not wanting to see him on the field next time we play the Gints athletes in general get away with too much. I was reading this on PFT earlier:
REPORT: BURRESS HAD NO CARRY PERMIT
Posted by Mike Florio on November 29, 2008, 11:56 p.m.
We explained earlier tonight that, if Giants receiver Plaxico Burress didn’t have a valid license to carry a concealed weapon in New York City, he is facing a mandatory jail term of 3.5 years in prison.
Per the New York Post, Burress does not have a valid New York permit. His Florida permit expired in May 2008.
Though the Post characterizes Plaxico’s maximum criminal liability as one year in jail, mayor Michael Bloomberg made it clear in 2007 that illegal possession of a firearm in New York City results in a much stiffer penalty.
“Last year, our Administration succeeded in pushing through a law that gives New York the toughest penalty in the country for carrying an illegal loaded handgun,” Bloomberg said in July 2007. “Now, if you are convicted, you will serve a minimum of 3-1/2 years behind bars — no exceptions.”
well seems they updated it since I last checked since they didnt release his permit info until recently.

As has been pointed out, green line doesn't go through Roxbury, and orange line is the best place to get murdered. I hate Boston.

Isn't it illegal, even if you have conceal/carry, to bring a gun into a place that serves alcohol? I haven't looked it up for New York, so I might be wrong.

It's near impossible to get a conceal permit in NY let alone the city.
