Is Psinet down

Is Psinet down, I keep getting:

You were unable to reach the PsiNet. A buzz of half-completed thoughts fills your mind:
ConnectionRefused
You will attempt to connect again in 5 minutes.


Is on multiple characters, multiple accounts and has been going on since last night. I uninstalled Psinet and reinstalled and that didn't fix the problem, so I don't know what is next. Anyone with more knowledge about this willing to offer a suggestion?

I was on for a few hours last night and lost my Psinet connection too, couldn't reconnect. Asked other people about it, they couldn't reconnect either.

Seems Psinet is down in general.

Psinet's server is horribly unreliable. Don't expect it to be up for more than 24 hours at a time.

Psinets been constantly on and off mostly off for months now.
