Alright, so I'm sitting in TSC in the wee hours of the morning (a little after 3:00 central), waiting for sting from my most recent snuffing to subside (didn't people used to come find you when that happened? just not my night/morning/whatever) when I notice this happen (or not happen, as it were);

That "Nothing happens" statement popped up again, a minute or two later, also without any visible action or whatever. I've been playing Gemstone off and on since '97 or so, and have never seen that before. I know it's not the insomnia getting to me, but that's all I know. Anyone have any ideas?

Might be an invisible gold ring in or out. There's a couple other circumstances that generate it... invisible stuff interactions I think.

It was already sancted.

His spellsong refreshed, but...

Nothing happened.

I know of at least one self-cast only wizard spell (507) that will generate that messaging if you try to cast it on someone else in the room from invisibility. Wouldn't be surprised if others did it too.

Kinda weird that I never noticed this happening before, but then I used to park myself at a table to rest off a hunt. Now that I know it's invisibility, I'm going to have to learn 109 so I can mess with people when I can't sleep.

This one wasn't invisibility.

A bard walked in the room. He was singing Song of Peace. The song refreshed, but since the room was already sancted, nothing happened. Instead of the messaging for the peace settling over the area, the messaging is "Nothing happens." Every time.
