It is in the TOS not to post unauthorized pictures of people[members] (basically if you didn't post it here, it is unauthorized). I know I've been in trouble for it in the past.

When someone mass creates accounts I quickly stop it by doing a mass ban on the registration I.P. address and disabling new accounts from being created.

Khariz shared the same I.P. address as boo did, so he would have been part of that ban, but I have no other reason to suspect Khariz is boo, and the I.P. address was that of a proxy server.

Khariz has been unbanned and as I said, I have no reason at all to suspect that he had anything to do with boo. He just got caught in the mass I.P. ban.
