You're asking for an awfully specific piece of gear. Also, the treasure system doesn't seem to like making tower/bucklers. Almost every spiked shield I've seen is large sized.

I have a earth flaring 5x shield, not sure of the base but I think medium.

Actually after raiding my "to be enchanted" pile, I've got the following in there

a spiked imflass shield
+12 spiked, medium

a burnished spiked oak shield
+0 spiked, medium, not sure if it'll enchant, wood has been finnicky lately

a scratched spiked mithril greatshield
+5 spiked, tower
