Tent in the abandoned village

I have always been curious was this tent functional that is in the abandoned village between Cairnfang and the spine, where the mist wraiths creep around? I believe it is a decrepit party tent. As one tries to go tent, you receive the message the tent is closed. I am just interested in the lore and history of the area, so if anyone has any information on it please share.

I've wondered and asked about this place a few times before, but have never received any answers. Maybe it's time to bug people on the officials again.

Oooh, talking of tents...I was levelling up mining yesterday and farming mithril in Tanaris, when all of a sudden there was a dwarf and a couple of tents appeared by the valley of watchers, or whatever that place is called. Anyone else seen that dwarf? Has he always been there, or am I right in thinking he just appeared there?

If you mean down by that gate with the big giants walking around, that's always been there.
