Clearly crafted by a dark elven weaponsmith, this formidable blade appears to have been put to good use. The hilt is crafted from a spiralled onyx of the darkest color. Etched deeply into the base of the blade is a small rune of death, surrounded by numerous cracked skulls, the symbol of Onar.

Being a waraxe I am gonna have to say OHE handaxe base, I would say it's an altered fel-hafter that got enchanted up once, except the blade is veil iron.
