I think the real competition is between Tony Stark and Lucius Fox in some sort of head to head engineering competition

I'd bet on Ironman. Unless Batman got to use his extra vehicle gadgets like the plane etc.. Then it's a toss up.

Wayne would totally kick Starks ass though.

If Batman knew he was going to tussle with Ironman, he'd have a plan ready for tinboy's ass. Dropping them into a ring with no prep, Batman might have to scurry on out.

i agree, given prep time batman would so kick his ass. which is exactly how he fucked up superman.

but thats assuming he gets the jump on iron man. if either of them came prepared while the other wasn't, the more prepared would win.

but as far as stark vs. wayne, wayne for the win! because stark is an alcoholic and a womanizer and wayne is a (previously mention) fucking ninja!

Let me nerd for a second:
As per the current comics, Iron man's current suit is built into his body. So his 'powers' are just as available as Batman's. I'd say 'batman beyond' would be more of a match for Iron Man.

Oh, and Tisket's youtube video wins hard.
