I probably should have put all my newb questions into one thread... sorry about that.

But anyway. I was wondering if anyone can explain to me just what kind of contribution this spell gets from AUR + INF bonus and manipulation lore ranks?

Just wondering if my Dwarven Bard (-10 AUR -10 INF bonus....) with no training in manipulation lore will have any success at all with this as a hunting companion.

1025 AS = (Songs-25)/2 + Weapon Skill + (CM ranks)/2 + (ML:M ranks)/2 + (INF bonus + AUR bonus)/2 + 25

Newb question #3: What exactly its the bonus to how many songs you can sing at one time from the Discipline and Logic stats?

Newb question #4: Do any stats effect how fast you can master a instrument?

No it seems to be a time thing with it.

It took my bard a long time to master one instrument. He is now on his second and still only in the apprentice stages.
