View Full Version : Alterations on a mass scale...

I am trying to have a complete outfit altered. Probably 15 pieces total. Anyone have any ideas how I could achieve this in the quickest way possible? I rarely play during the hours necessary to make it to the alterers that show up here and there. Any help is appreciated.

Premium points, or go to a festival, the winter fest will be around soon, I got a lot done at that fest last year. The best part is Winter Fest is free.

600 premium points (the cost of an alter) run ~ 2m. So for 15 pieces you're looking at 30m if you buy them individually, or way the fuck more if you find someone with 9000pp. Not to mention if you used up a 9000pp block for nothing but alters, I'd have to kill you. Your best bet is going hog-wild at a festival and hitting as many alterers as you can. Way cheaper.

Enter contests, including the (bi-monthly these days, I guess) premium one.

Yes, I won't be using premium points.. I did notice that after EG some people were posting that they had been awarded time with an alterer. I was hoping that wasn't just an EG fluke. I have all of the items necessary and the exact alteration ideas that I want so I think a block of time with an alterer would be just the thing I need. I guess I'll need to take some time off for Winter Fest....

Look for premium raffles... I got an entire outfit that way.

Most (if not all) of the time with an alterer, or 5 alters were prizes for the games at EG. Perhaps they will have more such things at Winter Fest?

If there are any games at Winter Fest, enter them. I've won three alteration sessions playing games.
