I just clicked it and it works fine for me. Right click, copy link location, and put it in your address bar. That might work. I'm using Mozilla. Dunno how IE reacts to it.

I sent the setup file to him this morning over AIM anyway. Working fine except Psinet was down earlier, and he'll need his key from his other computer before it'll work fully.
