They are the giftbox item. I think those always show the name.

Just tested it, and figured it out. Possibly.

Sang to one with the guy in the lands, and the name popped up in the song. When the guy left, the song became an unknown adventurer.

Sounds right. Warrior's Guild sheaths used to do the same thing (you see Joe's crafting mark changed to you see someone's crafting mark when they weren't online).

I've been having similar issues with my player-forged weapon.
