Who all has the PP enhancives and how long do these normally last when used constantly. Also if I wanted +5 to str/dex, how many BPs would that probably cost to recharge?

And it says that I can put these on any item, so that would include containers/armor/weapons and all that, not just fluff right?

Also from reading on the officials, I cannot tell if it adds to the bonus or the stat. Anyone able to help me out with that?

There's an option to enhance either the bonus OR the stat when you go to get the upgrade. I don't have any information on it beyond that though.

Edit: Disregard that. I'm dumb. I was thinking of adventurer's guild badges.

It adds to the bonus.
