Lookin to roll a cleric which isn't exactly my specialty.

I am goin for best overall stats at 100 but of course ALL stats can't be 100 in the end.

So my question is, which two stats are the least important to a spell casting cleric. Which of the two stats do I choose NOT to be 100 at cap?

Nice stats but not interested in being a giant.

Just lookin for the least two important stats that pertain to clerics of any race.

I was thinkin con and logic, but then again, con is a factor in manuver defense, so maybe logic and disipline?

You're better off tanking stuff that rises quickly, It's a bit counter intuitive, but you can get more stats to 100 that way. For instance the Giant (or Dwarf) would be best leaving Con below 100, making for 9 100 stats.

Your first post could have clarified no Giant! All it said was most stats to 100 :club:

If anything, Influence can be tanked, it's lame.

"All it said was most stats to 100"

Thats because you didn't finish reading the post!

Anyways, I do see how you think influence is lame for a cleric...

This is good, but in your opinion, what's the next lamest stat after influence?

What about logic? Logic is not a combat related stat right? It's only use is for exp calculations right?

In my personal opinion, Dexterity is meh... but eventually it helps Bolt AS (I don't bolt) so that's gonna be a choice for you. You can easily get away with an un-maxed Strength, but if you're not a Giant it'll really hurt your encumberance...

I really like Logic, anything that helps me gain exp faster is win.

Discipline helps how much exp your mind can hold, and sometimes the longer you get to sit in a node and soak stuff in, the more xp you gain, so I like Discipline.

All in all I'd say it's a toss up between Dex, Str, Dis.

By the way, this makes me wish I was a dwarf...

Con 44
Dex 92
Dis 58
Log 62
Int 62
Str 62
Agi 88
Inf 77
Wis 33
Aur 82

Con 90
Dex 100
Dis 100
Log 100
Int 100
Str 100
Agi 100
Inf 100
Wis 100
Aur 100

Two stats that are less important - just my opinion, but CON and DEX. I wouldn't tank either, but they don't have to be max. I would rank INF as useful for Mental TD, because among the weaknesses that clerics have is generating TD from non-spiritual magic. Mental warding magic, in the future, will be as effective against clerics as elemental magic.

Clerics are all about defense - so if you pick a nimble race (eg. halfling or elf), you can sacrifice a bit in CON and DEX and still cover yourself in other areas. In terms of race selection though, dwarves and giants would offer some pretty nice maxed stats. However, they also offer among the worst defense. That non-cman maneuever dodge bonus is highly beneficial.

Dwarf clerics are the best

Good point on Influence, I'm not at that level yet so I guess it isn't a problem.

For a Giant (me) Constitution can end up mid 80's and I can still get a good bonus from it. I think it's the best choice to be the only non-100, maybe the only one (if stats are put a different way, others wont reach 100)
