The Lag in GS4 has been pretty bad since we went live, the odd crash here and there doesnt upset me so much as the constant lag.

On a Cable connection (home) I was flying. On a POS school connection (school) I'm getting rocked by lag. Guess I have to quit school.

DSL isn't enough? Any suggestions then? Perhaps maybe I should invest in a T-1, hell why be cheap, T-2, that way we can play a text based game with maybe at best 1,000 people.

Gimme a break, it breaks down into there back bone and how they router through it, which is indeed on there end as to which carrier they decide to use.

Umm, no, Cable is a shared connection and will fluctuate, DSL is a dedicated connection, you do the math.

So have I, I switched, and for all my other games/surfing DSL has been much better (especially where Kazaa and Edonkey are concerned).

Just the Simu games seems to have troubles with it.

I have cable. There is very little noticeable lag. You have DSL. You're complaining about the amount of lag.
