Quick guild question

If a member of the rogue guild with 109 ranks comes back after a few years and is an inactive member, does anyone know the proper way to get them back into the guild without them losing ranks?

is it the gld initiate <name> action?

Let them get kicked, if they haven't been already, then it's gld invite (person) I think.
