I'm following TNK's recommendation and making a separate thread for this. If an admin wants to go and delete the old thread, feel free, and I apologize for the extra resources this is eating up. Anyway, on with the show:

My buddy and I both got lucky and were able to snag a Wii and Wii Fit each. Devious entrepreneurs that we are, we're selling them. I officially hate eBay for anything that sells for more than $150 and weighs more than 6 pounds, which is why I'm not using them. My friend is just too lazy to try at all, so I'm covering for him.

Bundle o' Wii stuff 1: Wii (unopened), Wii Fit (unopened), Super Paper Mario (opened to check for scratches) --> $500 (or if you absolutely positively only want the system and Wii fit, $450)

Bundle o' Wii stuff 2: Wii (unopened), Wii Fit (unopened), Rayman Raving Rabids (opened to check for scratches), 2000 Wii Point card (unused (duh)) --> $490 (again, $450 for just the system and Wii Fit)

To keep stuff simple, I'd prefer payments via PayPal, transaction fees be damned. Shipment ($5 each, unless you're local or want something other than ground shipping) upon receipt of payment and all that jazz. PM me if you're interested.

Your best luck is going to be COD since nobody knows who the fuck you are.

And you can get Wii's everywhere now pretty much on your own.

I offa $100 since you know this shit fell off a truck or wandered out of one of your work places.

Hate to do it, but gonna agree with Sean here.

Not a ton of incentive to buy unsecured on a message board from an unknown when you can get a Wii + Fit on eBay with free shipping for $450 - $460.

Your best bet is probably eBay.

It's my general contempt for them that's stopping me from using eBay. We both paid retail (sadly, no truck drops/work thefts), and the $450 for console+fit really doesn't leave much after -25ish shipping (conservative estimate), -20ish ebay fees, -15ish paypal. Basically, we'd each make about 25 bucks that way, which is hardly worth the effort (yes, boo hoo, I know).

Regardless, as far as I'm concerned, there's no harm in posting here. If nobody ends up taking it/them, that just means keep putting up fliers in the building and posts on craigslist.

p.s.: Good idea with the COD thing Sean; I'm surprised at myself for not having thought of that.

Personally I don't see how it's worth over $400... "getting lucky" and finding Wiis isn't exactly hard anymore. I have a feeling you're going to take a loss here.

$250 for the Wii, $90 for Wii Fit, ~$35 for an opened game (seriously, you opened it? ... to "check for scratches"), and then you're assuming people want that game/the fit.

Two Christmases too late.

Why not just admit that you didn't like the games so you're reselling them.

You need some help if you think this makes you 'devious entrepreneurs'...

He and his buddy bought the 2 so they could do wii yoga together then snuggle... when things went bad he offed his lover and then decided to sell the goods to get rid of evidence....
